About Yogi Vemana University
On 20th November, 1977 Sri Venkateswara University PG Centre at Kadapa was established Tirupati, as a constituent institute of Sri Venkateswara University.
As per the Act of A.P. Legislative Assembly, it was renamed as Yogi Vemana University by the Government of Andhra Pradesh on 9th March 2006. It is located at Ganganapalli village and Panchayat about 15 KM from the Kadapa city on the Kadapa-Pulivendla road. The campus is spread over 450 acres of land.
